FULL PREPAYMENT FOR ALL BOOKINGS: From 17/11/25 full prepayment is required to secure any appointment. This is what works best for the business for many reasons, and does not mean to discriminate against those who prefer using cash. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN 48HR TO THE SESSION COMMENCING: Your full prepayment includes a non-refundable fee of 50p per minute of the session duration.
