The face-to-face consultation appointment is a legal requirement in the UK (From 1st June 2025) so that possible treatments areas can be assessed and discussed. During this consultation you will be informed of your best course of treatment to address your concerns. All salons and clinics within the UK should be adhering to this legislation. You will also be required to complete a medical suitability and consent form. Earth & Beauty arranges the Nurse Prescriber's visits intermittently and she actually travels from an hour away to us, for this reason Earth & Beauty adds toxin-clients to a Whatsapp group to arrange a time and date that is suitable for all or most clients. The Nurse Prescriber is not available to us every day or every week for in-person visits, but she will be available for advice and medical oversight. The Nurse Prescriber will travel to us and spend a 2-3 hour window at Earth & Beauty, clients will book in for their 15-minute slots during this window. 1. You will be added to the Prescriber Dates Whatsapp Group Based on your assessment and suitability, your prescription for your anti-wrinkle product can be ordered. Prescriptions are valid for up to 6 months and it is clients' own responsibility to arrange their treatment within that timeframe. Earth & Beauty will not be held responsible for clients who fail to book in within this window of time and in that event the amount paid for the prescriber appointment will be lost. The best way to get organised with your sessions is to attend the next prescriber date if you are planning to have any toxin treatment within the next 6 months, you'll then be able to arrange your treatment for a time that suits you. A new prescription will be required for every new course of treatment. You are not able to use the same prescription over and over. A single prescription will cover your first session, and the follow-up appointment 2-4 weeks later. The Nurse Prescriber will not need to be present while the toxin is administered. The cost of this Nurse Prescriber session is non-refundable, even if you do not attend. This is because the Nurse Prescriber will charge Earth & Beauty for a minimum number of clients and base her visit on this. There will be little to no flexibility to amend or change your slot once it is booked.

FULL PREPAYMENT FOR ALL BOOKINGS: From 17/11/25 full prepayment is required to secure any appointment. This is what works best for the business for many reasons, and does not mean to discriminate against those who prefer using cash. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN 48HR TO THE SESSION COMMENCING: Your full prepayment includes a non-refundable fee of 50p per minute of the session duration. Examples: 30 min = £15 60 min = £30 90 min = £45 120 min = £60 If you cancel or amend with less than 48hr you will be refunded the remaining amount and will be required to rebook your appointment via the booking system at www.earthandbeauty.co.uk RESCHEDULING WITH MORE THAN 48 HOURS TO THE SESSION START TIME: * All clients can amend their appointments for free via the self-service booking system with up to 48 hours before the session begins. * Make sure to amend your current booking instead of cancelling it and rebooking another, as your prepayment is attached to your booking.
