Book a call with Earth & Beauty to discuss treatments now! Under 'client's place' enter the salon you would like to redeem the service at. Home appointments are not available under any circumstance. You should allow for a quiet and uninterrupted phone call so we can discuss the medical suitability, pre-care, aftercare, and desired results. Phone calls are limited to the timeframe specified so you should familiarise yourself with the information available on our website's treatment information pages before your phone call is scheduled so that you do not waste your booked time asking for information that is readily available 24/7. The phone call should be focused on your individual needs and suitability. Earth & Beauty will start the call via the method of regular phone-call, but we may need to switch to a video call if required. If this is not possible, high-clarity photos in a well-lit space may be required to be sent via Whatsapp or email so the correct recommendations can be made. If you feel as though you will need longer than 15 minutes to discuss services, you can add multiple sessions to your basket at a rate of £5 per 15 minutes which is payable when making your booking. This amount is subject to booking terms and conditions and will not be refunded if you are unable to take the call for whatever reason. In some cases, for example, when scratch tests are required, an in-person consultation may be required and is chargeable at the rate specified in the booking system. FULL PREPAYMENT FOR ALL BOOKINGS: From 17/11/25 full prepayment is required to secure any appointment. This is what works best for the business for many reasons, and does not mean to discriminate against those who prefer using cash. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN 48HR TO THE SESSION COMMENCING: Your full prepayment includes a non-refundable fee of 50p per minute of the session duration. Examples: 30 min = £15 60 min = £30 90 min = £45 120 min = £60 If you cancel or amend with less than 48hr you will be refunded the remaining amount and will be required to rebook your appointment via the booking system at www.earthandbeauty.co.uk RESCHEDULING WITH MORE THAN 48 HOURS TO THE SESSION START TIME: * All clients can amend their appointments for free via the self-service booking system with up to 48 hours before the session begins. * Make sure to amend your current booking instead of cancelling it and rebooking another, as your prepayment is attached to your booking.
