Book a call with Earth & Beauty to discuss treatments now! Under 'client's place' enter the salon you would like to redeem the service at. Home appointments are not available under any circumstance. You should allow for a quiet and uninterrupted phone call so we can discuss the medical suitability, pre-care, aftercare, and desired results. Phone calls are limited to the timeframe specified so you should familiarise yourself with the information available on our website's treatment information pages before your phone call is scheduled so that you do not waste your booked time asking for information that is readily available 24/7. The phone call should be focused on your individual needs and suitability. Earth & Beauty will start the call via the method of regular phone-call, but we may need to switch to a video call if required. If this is not possible, high-clarity photos in a well-lit space may be required to be sent via Whatsapp or email so the correct recommendations can be made. If you feel as though you will need longer than 15 minutes to discuss services, you can add multiple sessions to your basket at a rate of £5 per 15 minutes which is payable when making your booking. This amount is subject to booking terms and conditions and will not be refunded if you are unable to take the call for whatever reason. In some cases, for example, when scratch tests are required, an in-person consultation may be required and is chargeable at the rate specified in the booking system. Payment- All appointments must be paid for in full when booking. This is the payment system that works best for the business and is not intended to discriminate against clients who prefer using cash. Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice- Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge through the self-service booking system until 48 hours before the appointment begins. Please amend your existing booking rather than cancelling and making a new one, as your prepayment is attached to the original booking. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice- Your prepayment includes a non-refundable late cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50p per minute of the booked appointment: * 30 minutes: £15 * 60 minutes: £30 * 90 minutes: £45 * 120 minutes: £60 If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, this fee will be deducted from your prepayment and the remaining balance will be refunded. You will then need to make and pay for a new appointment through the booking system at www.earthandbeauty.co.uk Treatment subscriptions- A minimum of three treatment sessions must be redeemed under any treatment subscription. If you request cancellation before three sessions have been redeemed, any treatments already received will be recalculated at their full standard price without the subscription discount. You must pay the difference between the subscription price paid and the full standard price of those treatments before the subscription can be cancelled.
