Clients will take away their very own lash kit and will also be able to choose from a selection of fluffy and natural-looking synthetic lashes, styles ranging from small and subtle to sexy and glamorous. This additional set will be applied for you in-salon. Please note that due to ethical reasons Earth & Beauty only uses vegan, non-mink, synthetic lashes. The Lash Kit is also purchasable as the item only (without application) via our online store. FREE UK Delivery available or collect in-salon. You will of course be able to keep the strip lashes and re-use them again as well as having the set in the kit as well. Perfect for weekends away, parties, weddings, birthdays, celebrations, date nights or as a little extra pick-me-up to compliment your regular appointment. An affordable, quick, and glamorous way to make a statement at your next event.
Cancellation Policy
Payment- All appointments must be paid for in full when booking. This is the payment system that works best for the business and is not intended to discriminate against clients who prefer using cash. Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice- Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge through the self-service booking system until 48 hours before the appointment begins. Please amend your existing booking rather than cancelling and making a new one, as your prepayment is attached to the original booking. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice- Your prepayment includes a non-refundable late cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50p per minute of the booked appointment: * 30 minutes: £15 * 60 minutes: £30 * 90 minutes: £45 * 120 minutes: £60 If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, this fee will be deducted from your prepayment and the remaining balance will be refunded. You will then need to make and pay for a new appointment through the booking system at www.earthandbeauty.co.uk Treatment subscriptions- A minimum of three treatment sessions must be redeemed under any treatment subscription. If you request cancellation before three sessions have been redeemed, any treatments already received will be recalculated at their full standard price without the subscription discount. You must pay the difference between the subscription price paid and the full standard price of those treatments before the subscription can be cancelled.
