This website is owned and operated by Jayda Rose. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Expert Brow Artistry and other beauty, health & wellness appointments. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms


Any tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination and Microstrokes treatments must have had a patch test carried out a minimum of 24-48 hours before the treatment time for clients having it done for the first time at Earth & Beauty. This is to ensure that any allergic reactions to the product can be ruled out ahead of the treatment. Clients who have not booked in for a patch test when required, may be refused treatment on the day and be subjected to a £10.00 per hour charge for the duration of the appointment


Payments can be made at the time of booking via Paypal, Debit Card or Credit Card. Alternatively, payments can be made in person on the day of appointment via cash, bank transfer or card


The treatment room is not suitable for bringing children along. Please do not bring anyone under the age of 14



Post Covid-19, clients are not permitted to bring a +1 whatsoever unless they require mobility support due to a disability. Same-household clients can attend in pairs


Clients running up to 10 minutes late are advised to inform Jayda Rose with as much notice as possible and may receive a treatment in a reduced time-frame as a result. Those who are running more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule the appointment to later in the day or for another day and payment for the missed appointment will be non-refundable if paid in advance, or clients will need to pay a £10.00 per hour missed-appointment fee via the link at the bottom of the page, or at their next appointment


You can ideally reschedule your appointment by logging in to the members' area.  Contacting Earth & Beauty directly via 07811181101 is another option to reschedule or cancel.

  • For appointments worth £20 or under: no-show's, amendments or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will have clients charged £10.00 for any slot up to an hour in length, and an additional £10.00 for every hour of the scheduled slot. In some cases, full payment in advance or an additional deposit may be required to secure future bookings.

  • For appointments worth £20 or above: no-shows, amendments or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will have clients charged at a higher rate for their cancellation fee. You should expect this to be 50% of your original appointment value. In some cases, full payment in advance or an additional deposit may be required to secure future bookings.

  • For clients receiving a course of sessions over several weeks or a bundle of treatments in one day worth £99 or above: no-shows, amendments or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will have clients charged at a rate of £25 per missed hour before the treatments can continue, regardless of how much money has been paid upfront. The remaining funds will be kept and future appointments provisionally withheld until this fee is paid. (If the missed appointment slot is: Up to 1 hour £25.00 | Between 1-2 hours £50.00 | Between 2-3 hours £75.00) In some cases, full payment in advance or an additional deposit may be required to secure future bookings.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel or amend your slot with as much notice as possible as last minute cancellations do have a negative impact on the business. 

All deposits are non-refundable.


If Earth & Beauty is unable to keep your booking time due to unforeseen circumstances, in this rare case, you will be contacted with as much notice as possible to reschedule. You will not be required to pay for the same treatment twice in this case, and if you are unable to make any other time then you will be offered a full refund


Clients should not bring any food items to the treatment room, and the same goes for any beverages that have lids that cannot be 100% fastened. Takeaway coffee cups and hot beverages in general are not permitted in the treatment room at any time


Clients experiencing any symptoms of not just Covid-19, but any infectious condition, must not attend the treatment room until 14 days after all symptoms have passed. Those displaying any cough, cold, flu or sickness bug symptoms at their appointment will not be seen and will be charged a fee for the time-slot regardless. If you have come into contact with anyone who is displaying any of these symptoms, then the same rule applies 


Clients who work in the healthcare sector are politely and respectfully asked to not wear their uniform to the treatment room, even if coming straight from work (please change into personal clothing before arriving at your appointment if this is the case)

Clients are instructed to bring along their own mask and wear it during their appointment. If not, a complimentary mask will be provided

On arrival, clients will be asked to wash and sanitise their hands and will also be able to do this at the end of their appointment before leaving

Clients will have their temperature tested at the beginning of the appointment with a non-contact infrared thermometer gun, anyone who is detected to have a temperature of 38° or above will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will also be charged a fee for the original slot. It is everyone’s personal responsibility to ensure they are fit and well for their appointment


Clients who are using a discount code must ensure that the discount code is indeed applied at checkout otherwise the discount will not be valid


Clients that have a promotional leaflet with a discount code on it must ensure that they both apply the discount code at checkout AND bring the leaflet to their appointment so that the discount can be applied. This is vital so that Earth & Beauty can keep track of marketing campaigns and continue to work with other local businesses to provide offers and promotions. Promotional leaflets can not be redeemed against any other treatment and can not be exchanged for cash. Promotional leaflets are to be redeemed one per person. By using this promotional leaflet, clients are accepting that necessary information such as their name and date of birth will be shared between the relevant parties


In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Jayda Rose. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

You agree to indemnify and hold Jayda Rose harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jayda Rose, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jayda Rose assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in [Name of the city of the courts]. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded
